Worship
Below you will find information regarding opportunities for gathering together both on Sunday and throughout the week
Sunday Worship – 10:30 AM
When a church follows Scripture’s guidance, there will be natural focus on Christ-centered worship, fellowship, community, and prayer. First Baptist Church holds that the Sunday morning gathering is an important aspect of your spiritual walk. Because of this, we take each Sunday morning as an opportunity to worship the Lord through reading His Word, praying, singing, giving, and hearing the preaching of the Word.
As you look for a church to which you will belong, we pray that you will look to God for guidance, and that He will guide you to a Bible-believing congregation where you will grow in faith and serve in love. We believe that First Baptist Church is such a church.
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer” (Acts 2:42).

Fellowship Meals
On the 5th Sunday of the month we have a fellowship meal as a church. This is a wonderful time to gather together to share a meal and remember the good gifts that God has given to us!

Sunday Schools – 9:30 AM
Hot Topics
“Hot Topics” is a Sunday School that gathers to discuss topics in Scripture and see how they relate to current topics in our world. The class is currently discussing the Fruit of the Spirit.
(Designed to be a Sunday School class for Adults)

First Baptist Church Theology Class
The “First Baptist Church Theology Class” is a Sunday School that gathers to hear teaching about sound theology from a Baptist perspective. Currently the class is studying the Abstract of Principles.
(Designed to be accessible for those ages 6th Grade through Adults)

Children’s Sunday School
We are currently in the process of reworking our Sunday School classes for Children ages K-5th Grade. Until that is finished, you are invited to bring your children to any of our other Sunday Schools – including the ones designed for adults!
We have a nursery available for Children 0-3 years old. All of our volunteers for nursery are properly vetted and rules are in place for the safety of the children.
Prayer Meeting – Wednesday at 6:30 PM
Prayer is a vital aspect of the Christian life. Paul says to the church, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” (Philippians 4:6). In that spirit, we have a prayer-meeting in which congregants are able to gather together and pray for each other, the church, and the world around us.

Men’s Bible Study – Saturday at 8:30 AM
Our Men’s Bible Study seeks to equip the men of First Baptist Church to grow in Christlikeness and in personal holiness, trusting that God will use that growth to help His church grow spiritually.

Women’s Study – Monday at 10:00 AM
Our women’s study seeks to provide the women of First Baptist Church an opportunity to have fellowship and encourage each other while studying themes of the Bible.
The Women’s Study is currently studying Women of the Bible.
